Think and Grow Rich is a motivational personal development and self-help book written by Napoleon Hill, and inspired by a suggestion from Scottish-American businessman Andrew Carnegie. While the title implies that this book deals only with how to achieve monetary wealth, the author explains that the philosophy taught in the book can be used to help individuals do or be almost anything they want in this world.   The book was first published in 1937 during the Great Depression which is the major reason why the book was written on how to get money in light of the fact that the nation  was paralyzed with the Fear of Poverty.

Think Well, Live Well Now puts the now discovered biology and physiological understanding to many of the principals Napoleon Hill wrote about.  For example, it reveals how our now known physiology responds to our spirit of thoughts, producing physical causes within our mind and body.   It explains what auto suggestion is doing to our biology, making it necessary to transform our thinking from which we create the quality of life.

Napoleon Hill’s chapter on the subconscious mind says; “The subconscious acts first on the dominating desires which have been mixed with emotional feeling, such as faith.”  Benay Behnke’s book; Think Well, Live Well Now goes into the physics of energy for which current discoveries have revealed an understanding of the substance of faith and how it moves in, and through us, to bring about physical realities from our focused beliefs.

Another chapter on the brain will expand upon Napoleon’s writing of the brain, to reveal what it is capable of doing beyond what was first imagined it could.  Think Well, Live Well Now explains the current science of the magic trees of the mind, what happens with our thoughts, how they are processed, stored and how we can rewire our toxic memories.  You will discover that we never were the victims of our genes, only the thoughts of it.  This is just naming a few of the parallels.

Benay Behnke’s book also reveals that what the scriptures have said to us over 2000 years are quite “literal”, hence making them more believable.  Combining this with the current discoveries of biology, along with an understanding of how thoughts move through the physical systems of the mind and body, leaves Think Well, Live Well Now a revealing eye opener.  It will enlighten ones understanding further of the principles presented in Think and Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill.
