The Guest in our Head

What company do we keep in our minds? What is our self talk as a result of what company we keep in our minds?  What do those friendships of our mind produce, both in us and by what we speak and receive from others? Do we allow our thoughts to be reckless or disciplined? Are you directing good or bad energy, or recklessly allowing energy to fly around at random? It is totally in your control but must be managed by none other than us.

The same is true for the words we speak. Our thoughts come from our heart and our lives are created by our thoughts and what we speak. Our words are energy that either heal or destroy our lives, as well as the lives of others. I used to ignorantly believe that words made no difference and had no power. I knew that the word of God said, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life]” (Proverbs 18:21, AMP). But like many, I still didn’t give it enough credit. There is energetic power in what we speak which comes from what our thoughts have been building.

Healing comes by what we speak. Proverbs 12:18 says, “There are those who speak rashly, like the piercing of a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing” (AMP). While Proverbs 15:4 says, “A gentle tongue [with its healing power] is a tree of life” (AMP). Did you notice it says tree?

Remember, we learned that power is greater in the thought/emotional energy from the source of light of God. Love holds the greatest energy. Those higher frequencies are the emotions of energy that create. They are full of light and life. The lower frequencies from thoughts/emotions kingdom of darkness only destroy and tear down things. They are full of darkness, death, and destruction.

Now think about what you speak. Which words do you use day in and day out? Consider your life. Are you where you want to be? Do you live in perfect health, harmony, balance (homeostasis)? Are you struggling with disease and sickness? Our thoughts and words hold intentions from our heart.

Luke 6:45, “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.” Our tongue will speak what is in our heart because it is the root system of our thoughts. It reveals it for others to know. It bears our fruit for others to see, which comes from the fruit of the trees in our brain. What you see you say and become.

The body seeks homeostasis (balance) all the time by coordinating mental processes with biology to cause good behavior and health. Keeping this flow is the key for controlling negative, toxic thoughts. If our emotions are blocked for long periods of time, we won’t feel what we should feel.  We become toxic in our operational systems.   Through neuroplasticity, we have built a rut that tells us we are not allowed to feel in our brain. It creates logjams in the brain that stop thinking processes from flowing properly.

We need to realize what our thinking is doing to the physical make up of our bodies.  We can also affect or infect, people we come in contact with by what energy of light we exude.  We just don’t give this exact science the reality check we need to.  Be a blessing to someone with words and actions of hope and love.  What energy we give is what we will receive.  What we see in us is what we will be.  That maybe an outch to someone reading this but the positive is that anyone can change at any moment in time and at any age.

It benefits you when you practice a truth that says; It is more blessed to give then to receive.”
