Imagination Working in You

The heart is a much bigger deal than we ever imagined. Imagination comes from the root word “image.” Our heart pumps blood. Blood holds images of our thoughts that come and reside in us as memories. It is the record keeper of all we experience. It stores images, not just audio (sound). Like little hologram pictures, science has discovered that all of creation has a picture of the whole in the tiniest cells of the whole.

There is scientific evidence now that shows the heart sends emotional and intuitive (spiritual) signals that helps direct our lives. The heart sends signals that align and direct systems within the body so they function in rhythm with one another. At the institute of HeartMath, founder Doc Lew Childre and scientists have found that the heart is capable of giving us messages and helping us far more than previously known.

Our hearts are capable of intelligently providing us with insight once the mind and emotions are balanced and become coherent—once we initiate that process. This intelligence is intuitive, a spiritual knowing that manifests in thoughts and emotions that are of value both to us and others. Blood vessels carry communication messages throughout the entire body, to keep everything in coherent rhythm, or in “sync.” The body conserves energy that is vital to its growth and maintenance when our heart is operating in a state of coherency.

The Holy Spirit, the expression of God that communicates to us, is housed in our heart. Our heart is the throne room of our temple (our physical body), along with our spirit. God speaks to our spirit by His Holy Spirit.

Second Corinthians 1:22 says, “[He has also appropriated and acknowledged us as His by] putting His seal upon us and giving us His [Holy] Spirit in our hearts as the security deposit and guarantee [of the fulfillment of His promise].” Also, Galatians 4:6 says, “And because you [really] are [His] sons, God has sent the [Holy] Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, Abba (Father) Father!”

Because our heart is the main seat in our house for the Holy Spirit, it is also the throne room from which love exudes. Romans 5:5 says, “And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.”

1 Peter 1:22 says, “Since by your obedience to the Truth through the [Holy] Spirit you have purified your hearts for the sincere affection of the brethren, [see that you] love one another fervently from a pure heart.”

Our enemy, ladies and gentleman, is after our hearts to harden them to God’s love. Why? The love of God is the most powerful energetic force coming from our Father and Creator. The evil natures of sin are out to harden our hearts to the natures and expressions of God, especially the expression of love.

Ephesians 4:18-19 says, “They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts. Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, with a continual lust for more.”

The enemy dulls your senses in order to take away the light from within you so the flesh ends up wanting more. Our flesh is opposing our spirit. If we feed our flesh with what it wants, the Spirit of God withers because we were created to worship in spirit and in truth with our Creator. The only way our spirit can get fed and grow stronger is to be activated by us.

Our positive control system must be switched on by us. God cannot do it for us because He would be taking away our free will. He cannot go against what He has already spoken. We cannot have two gods operating within us at the same time. Whichever one we follow most in our thinking is the one we serve.

If you are negative, you can’t be positive at the same time. If you go down, you cannot go up at the same time. The light is either on or it is off but darkness and light are not present at the same time. If a light is on in a room there is no darkness. The light provides growth, the darkness begins to kill.

God created you and me as an extension of Himself—to love. God cannot, not love Himself; He is the energy of love. We have some of Him in us; we were made in His image and likeness. This is why He cannot help but love you. He sees His love in you and there is no way He cannot love His own. He “IS” love. If you can really get this, you will begin to see why He forgives us of everything we do wrong when we ask Him and that He always loves us. It’s why He can never leave us nor forsake us.
